Responsibility

I AM YOUTH or anyone involved in the organisation does not take responsibility for any of the actions taken as a result of goals set, advice given or activities suggested.  Any action taken is solely at the discretion of the client.

Insurance

I AM YOUTH does not provide any insurance or cover incase of accident or event.  Insurance and any events procedures should be taken out by the client.

Procedures

Child Protection procedures and DBS must be followed, but are not the responsibility of I AM YOUTH or any one involved in the organisation. Risk Assessments should be taken and followed at the discretion of the client.

Payment

Payment must be made by the day of the booking.  Cancellations fees apply up to 7 days before the booking. Cancellation is free before this time.

GDPR

I AM YOUTH is committed to ensuring that the information you entrust us with is stored securely and treated with the utmost respect in compliance with all regulations.  Contact information such as Name, Email, Phone number, social media handle and link church are collected and stored securely. This information will only be used to contact you directly or as part of a marketing communication as inline with the permissions given. This information will not be shared with any third-party unless permission is given. 

You can request a copy of all the personal information we hold about you.  We will respond to all requests within 30 days of receiving the written request.

You can have erroneous information corrected by contacting the Data Protection Lead.

You can request that we change your marketing preferences to ensure we don’t continue to send you unwanted email, post, or texts/calls.

 The client is automatically agreeing to these terms and conditions upon payment of a booking.
